The company has been set up in 1997 by Corneliu-Teofil Teaha and prides itself today with an impressing market share, if we take into account that a vast majority of the market in this field is held by the four largest international consulting companies (“the big four”). Our story

The company was set up by Corneliu Teofil Teaha in 1997, soon after Romania had undergone a political turn. Its main goal was to deduct input VAT for gas, car repairs and other similar expenses. Nevertheless, after a short time, the company extended its fields of expertise and competence and increased its customer portfolio especially among German and Austrian investors.

Teaha Management Consulting is a founding member of the Romanian Club of German Businesspersons and of the Romanian Club of Austrian Businesspersons and it has close relations to the Austrian and German Embassies in Bucharest. Apart from that, the company is partner of the following professional organizations: CECCAR (the Romanian Body of Chartered and Certified Accountants), CAFR (Romanian Chamber of Tax Consultants), ANEVAR (National Association of Romanian Evaluators), Swiss-Romanian Commerce Chamber şi AmCham (American Chamber of Commerce in Romania).

The most recent membership is the affiliation of our company to mgi, one of the most important international networks of tax and management consultants.
